Different Home Remedies to Stop Smoking:
First of all it is recommended not to have cigarettes or any object that reminds us of smoking in your home, such as ashtrays, lighters, etc. Have candy or gum to chew when you have the urge to smoke and most importantly have the desire to quit and a lot of willpower.
Juices: Drink fruit juices, sipping them when you feel like smoking. Juices should be natural and unsweetened.
